Bedlam BJJ Raspberry Ape Team. Affiliated to Daniel Strauss under owner and BJJ Black Belt Greg Cook. A fulltime timetable with BJJ, Submission Wrestling, MMA and a full strength and conditioning area for members. PAYG and monthly subs available. Contact us for more info. Instructors:
BJJ Blackbelt under Daniel ‘The Raspberry Ape’ Strauss, owner Greg Cook has competed internationally at all belt levels. Winning 8 IBJJF Gold medals a World No Gi Bronze, AJP Pro Tour Gold, IBJJF European No Gi silver x3, IBJJF open(s) silver x9 and multiple medals at more local competitions (Notts Open Gold, BJJ247 multiple Gold etc). Supported by a few home grown Black and Brown belts Greg teaches the majority of classes. MMA is taught by an experienced instructor with over 20 yrs experience.
Kids classes:
We offer multiple kids classes, on a Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
The aim of the kids classes are to:
- teach respect and discipline
- Encourage trying new skills
- Improve BJJ skills
- enjoy fun playful but structured sessions
£5 pay as you go or £35 for month
Adults classes:
There are classes for adults everyday where everyone is welcome no matter what skill level you may be!
£8.50 PAYG or £65 for the month (including 24 hour access to the gym)
First session free
Why train at Bedlam?
There are no sign up fees or contracts or wierd clauses where costs increase. First session is free after that £8.50 PAYG or £65 a month for unlimited training (with weights and cardio gym included). We offer children's and adult classes from complete beginner to experienced competitor across BJJ, Wrestling, No Gi jiu jitsu and MMA. Any questions feel free to contact us.
