Bedlam BJJ, established in 2016,  is a leading Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling academy based in Stoke-on-Trent, offering high-quality training in Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, submission wrestling, MMA, and strength & conditioning for both adults and children. The academy is led by head coach Greg Cook, a black belt under Daniel Strauss and part of the respected Raspberry Ape Team. We are known for our welcoming atmosphere and strong competition pedigree, Bedlam BJJ supports complete beginners looking to build confidence and fitness as well as experienced athletes aiming to compete at national and international levels, providing structured classes, expert coaching, and a supportive team environment designed to help every student progress on and off the mats.
